About the Society
A small, hand-picked network of Filipino virtual assistants
Perlas Society is a private, boutique network that connects professional Filipino virtual assistants with business owners across the United States. We are not a job board and not a marketplace. We are a curated roster: assistants apply, we get to know them, we test the skills they claim, and we only introduce someone when the fit is genuinely right for both sides.
The name says what we look for. A pearl is not mass produced, it is found, examined, and kept because it is rare. Our members are treated the same way. Each application goes through a written profile review, an English assessment, a skills test in the area they want to specialise in, a work-setup and reliability check covering internet redundancy and backup power, and a conversation with our founder. Only a fraction of applicants are approved, and every approved member stays in the network for as long as they want to be introduced to new roles.

Who it is for
On one side, experienced Filipino virtual assistants who want steady, long-term work with US clients, without paying a placement fee or giving up a percentage of their hourly rate. On the other, small business owners, founders, and busy operators in the United States who need dependable remote support and would rather have someone thoroughly screened for them than sift through a directory of hundreds of profiles.
Who builds it
Perlas Society is built and run by Kristine, a founder based in the Philippines who has spent years working alongside Filipino assistants and the US businesses that depend on them. Every vetting call, every shortlist, and every introduction is handled by her personally, which is why the network stays deliberately small. The Society is operated by Perlas Collective LLC, and our partner studio, Made by Spark, handles brand, design, and marketing work for members who need it.
