For business owners

The help you have been meaning to hire.

Perlas Society matches US business owners with one hand-picked Filipino virtual assistant. Every person on this list has done a call with me, a skills test in their specialty, and a reference check — before you ever see a profile.

  • One placement fee, agreed up front
  • 30-day guarantee
  • You pay your VA directly
PS

You interview. You choose.

Two or three people, never a database

Sound familiar

Your business is growing. Your week is not.

The 11pm admin

Invoices, inbox, scheduling, the follow-up you keep rewriting. It lands on you because there is no one else to hand it to.

Hiring feels like a gamble

Post the job, sort through two hundred applications, and still not know who is actually good on a Tuesday morning.

The work that never starts

The email sequence, the database cleanup, the podcast edit. Always next month, because this month is full.

What you can hand off

The whole job, not a task list.

General admin support or one deep specialty — and most placements cover a little of both. Roles are matched on the tasks you actually need done, not on keywords.

Inbox & calendar

Filters, replies, scheduling, travel

Bookkeeping & invoicing

QuickBooks, Xero, AR follow-up

Customer service

Email, chat, and support tickets

Lead generation & CRM

Apollo, HubSpot, list building

Social media & content

Canva, captions, scheduling

Email marketing & funnels

Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, landing pages

Project management

ClickUp, Asana, Notion operations

Data entry & research

Cleanups, spreadsheets, reporting

Automation & AI

Zapier, Make, prompt workflows

Not seeing yours? Say it anyway — a good match comes from the full picture, not a dropdown.

How matching works

From intake to first day, in about a week.

01

Tell me about the role

A short intake: the tasks, the hours, the tools, and what you would love to stop doing. Upload a task list if you have one.

02

A discovery call

We agree the scope, the working hours, the rate range, and the fee in writing. No surprises after the conversation.

03

Meet two or three people

Hand-picked profiles with a one-pager each: their experience, tools, work samples, and why I think they fit your business.

04

Interview, hire, start

You interview and you choose. Onboarding is yours; I stay available through the first 30 days.

The vetting

Why the shortlist is short.

Eight checks stand between an application and your calendar. Most people do not get through, which is the point: when I send you three profiles, I would hire any of them.

  • Profile reviewed by hand
  • Written and spoken English assessment
  • Skills test in their specialty
  • Work setup check: internet, backup power, equipment
  • Reference check with a past client
  • Identity verified
  • Vetting call with Kristine
  • Signed network agreement

How we are paid

One fee, said out loud.

One placement fee

Quoted in writing before your discovery call, based on the role: general admin or specialized.

Nothing recurring

No retainer, no monthly fee, no markup on your VA's rate. You agree their pay with them and pay them directly.

30-day guarantee

If the placement is not working, tell me within the first 30 days and I will replace it at no extra fee.

12-month protection

Anyone I introduce is covered for a year. Hiring them directly outside the placement still carries the fee.

Specialized placements — bookkeeping, paid ads, funnels, video — are quoted separately.

Ask about your role

Questions

Before you book the call.

Most roles go from intake to interviews in about a week. The start date depends on notice at your VA's current engagement, and many are free within two weeks.

Still deciding? Send me a note and I will answer it myself.
