- Vetting call with Kristine: usually within one week of your assessments.

A short written English response, a two-minute recorded answer, and a skills task in your strongest area.

Strong English
You can write and speak comfortably with US clients.
Reliable internet
A stable main connection, with a backup plan you can rely on.
Backup power and internet
A UPS, power station, or generator, and a second way online.
Professional experience
At least a year supporting clients in your area of expertise.

Not every member works with every tool. Your profile lists the ones you actually use.

You invoice your client directly and you keep 100 percent of your rate. You and your client agree on the payment method and schedule when you start.
